Refund and Cancellation Policy for VSR Infratech Private Limited
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers are entitled to cancel their bookings within a stipulated period under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Request: A cancellation request must be submitted in writing either via email or through the customer service portal on www.vsrinfratech.in.
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be made within 45 days from the date of the booking confirmation as evidenced by the booking receipt.
2. Refund Eligibility and Calculations
Refunds, when applicable, shall be processed under the following terms:
- Refund Calculation: Upon cancellation, a fee equivalent to 10% of the property value (as stated at the time of booking) will be deducted from the amount paid.
- Refund Process: If the booking amount is less than or equal to the cancellation fee (10% of the property value), no refund will be issued. If the booking amount exceeds the cancellation fee, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Example: If the property value is 100,000 units and the booking amount is 5,000 units, no refund is issued as the booking amount is less than the cancellation fee of 10,000 units. If the booking amount is 15,000 units, a refund of 5,000 units is issued after deducting the cancellation fee of 10,000 units.
3. Refund Processing
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
- Time Frame: Refunds will be initiated within 30 business days of receiving and approving the cancellation request.
4. Modification of Booking
- Modifications: Any modification to the booking after the initial confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional costs, which will be disclosed and agreed upon at the time of the modification request.
- No Modification Fee: No modification fee will be charged if the request is made within 24 hours of the booking. Beyond this period, modification is subject to the discretion of the company and may incur a fee.
5. General Provisions
- Force Majeure: No refunds will be given in case of circumstances beyond the control of VSR Infratech Private Limited, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, and official government restrictions.
- Governing Law: This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VSR Infratech Private Limited operates.
- Amendments: The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on www.vsrinfratech.in and effective immediately upon posting.
